Just brewed one of our favourite beers - Hop Devil , made Cascade, Citra, Ahhtanum, Mosaic, Amerillo and Chinnok. Been brewed quit a few times and always with 6 hop varieties from the West Coast, never the same twice ! Can't wait to see how this version tastes.

Leicester Beer Festival
Went to Leicester Beer Festival this week.New venue - Haymarket Theatre which was very impressive. Tasted some great breweries beers including Clouded Minds, Manchester, Southwark , Heavy Industry Twisted Barrel and Shiny. Really good selection and a chance to appear on stage !
