Peterborough Beer Festival

Decided on our line up for PBF 19. New beer - Electric Mosaic 4.7% Marris Otter malt and triple hopped with Mosaic. Also White Rabbit 3.9 - Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops . Disco Devil 4.1% - 6 US hop varieties. Finally Hey Gringo 4.1% using Mexican limes and a nice dose  of  Tequila. CARRAMBA !

Planet Mosaic

New beer being brewed for Northampton Beer Festival in early June is Planet Mosaic. It's 4.1% and double hopped with 100% Mosaic.
Also due to supply Hey Gringo using Mexican limes and dash of tequila,and Hop Devil which won gold at last year's Festival.

Kiwi gold and Ice Cream Pale ale

Next two brews are Kiwi Gold 3.9% made with Waimea Waiti and Nelson Sauvin. Gooseberry and lime . Then Ice Cream Pale ale 4.1%. This is made with barley,oats, lactose, vanilla and Galaxy and Citra. Fruity ice cream treat. Both should appear at Leicester Beer Festival.

DJ Robot

Next new beer is DJ Robot 3.9% ,a session IPA..Around 42 IBU using Styrian Wolf, Cascade, Citra and Amerillo. Out late December  / early January.

Neapolitan Stout

Worked on the recipe for some time. It ended up with 6 malts , lactose,whole rasberries, vanilla and Waimea hops. Should turn out as full bodied fruity ice cream Stout.Released after 7th December.

Disco Devil.

November's new beer is Disco Devil , named after a reggae track by Lee Perry. Golden, and our favourite strength 3.9%. Could not settle on the hop blend, so ended up with Cascade, Ahhtanum,Galaxy, Waimea, Waiti and dry hopped with Mosaic. Probably be hoppy.

Green Hop Time

Just released this years green hop beer,  Elton Cascade 3.9%. The hops were picked Saturday afternoon and used to brew the following morning . Every years crop is different and after a long hot summer we expect something very different from last year.Lets see ....

Next new beer will be Howling Wolf,  using a fairly new hop - Styrian Wolf from Slovenia.
