After Dark coffee Stout ☕☕☕ released April

It's a 5.0% coffee stout made with 6 malt varieties and Machu Pichu cold pressed coffee. A little lactose for sweetness.Full bodied.

Festival Time

Another light golden ale. Used Citra and Galaxy, and dry hopped with Mosaic and Eureka. Very fruity ....

Pumpkin Porter

Bit of a challenge - a pumpkin beer. Decided to go for a Porter, so used pale,dark crystal and coffee malts with Cascade and Citra hops. Added whole pumpkin, canned pumpkin, and then spiced with ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon with some late vanilla. Came out smooth, lightly spiced and finished with a vanilla coffee flavour.

Green Hop Time

In a couple of weeks we will be picking our hops for our annual green beer . This time we have another hop variety to add to our Cascade plant - First Gold , a dwarf hop plant. Having used this hop over 10 years ago, so we know that it can deliver an orange flavour and aroma. Before picking we will be visiting Boston MA to check out what's new in beer on the East Coast.( NEPA central).
Also worth noting that Totally Tropical came runner up in the Golden ale category at Northampton Beer Festival.
