Coffee Time 🍻☕️☕️

Ready mid October. After Dark,  5.0%, Cappuccino Stout , a variation on the beer brewed in February. Malts are Marris Otter, Chocolate, Caraffa 3, Dark Crystal and Oats. Lactose for sweetness. Machu Pichu cold pressed coffee. Hops are Cascade, then late hopped with fresh Chinook hops grown in Polebrook Northants. Touch of Vanilla . Brewery Conditioned for at least 4 weeks.

Greeh hop time

This years crop of Cascade hops grown in my back garden in Elton Cambs are looking fine. Probably ready to pick this coming weekend or the weekend after. . To be picked on Saturday afternoon and used as a green hop on the annual Elton Cascade. The main plant is over 15 years old and always provides enough for a green hop ale, with some left over to be dried for. future use. Every year tastes different, some noticeably

Golden and 3.9 %, my favourites session strength .

Next up will be a fruity hoppy pale ale. Coming in at 3.9% blonde and made with Marris Otter malt. Hops are Cascade Mosaic and NZ Waimea. Should be ready for release last week in August

Well Cascade to start then Galaxy. Probably dry hop with Mosaic and Moteuka. Pubs open from Independence Day, but on a small scale. Fingers crossed for a bit of good business for all .But keep your distance when talking sense and drivel.
